RETURNS
We accept unworn and unaltered items in new condition within 30 days.

If you wish to return your shoes please write to us at hello@vaerupcycled.com with your name and order number.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days to process the return and 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. 

EXCHANGES
For exchanges, please write to us at hello@vaerupcycled.com with your name and order number. Include a note explaining which size you would like to exchange from and to. If the requested item is available, we will ship it once we receive your return.

WARRANTY
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors the shoes have when you receive the products.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to VAER Upcycled ApS on email: hello@vaerupcycled.com in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider a maximum of 6 months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. VAER Upcycled ApS will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

VAER Upcycled ApS receives online payments with different payment options, including: Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Maestro, Paypal and ApplePay.

The payment will be withdrawn from your account when we ship the products. We will send the shoes as soon as possible after receiving the order and will let you know via e-mail, if there are any delays in shipping the product.

All the prices on the webpage are including VAT (if applicable).

The webpage uses the following currency for pricing: Denmark - Danish Kroner (DKK)

VAER Upcycled ApS uses a safe paymentserver, that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that your data is safe and cannot be read by others.

VAER Upcycled ApS's own webpage is also using a encrypted with SSL protocol.

The delivery time for your sneakers is around 2-5 week-days.

VAER Upcycled ApS ships with PostNord.

You will always receive a track-and-trace number, so you can follow along on the journey of your package from us to you.

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with VAER Upcycled ApS, we need the following information:

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with VAER Upcycled ApS, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.

The director and employees for VAER Upcycled ApS have access to the information recorded about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
